Mon, 20th Dec 2010  Amravati (Maha), Dec 19 (PTI) BJP today expressed confidence that the Supreme Court verdict will favour the construction of Ram temple at Ayodhya and asked the Muslim community to "give permission" for the same.
Speaking at the Vishwa Hindu Sammelan organised by the RSS here today, BJP General Secretary Ravishankar Prasad said the birth place of Lord Rama should get respect and Muslim community should give the permission for the Ram temple.
"Those who want to challenge the Allahabad High Court verdict can go to the Supreme Court. But finally, victory will be ours," Prasad said.
He also criticised Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi and Congress leader Digvijay Singh for billing Hindu organisations as terrorists.
"But they should know that RSS is an organisation of honest and patriotic persons," he said.  |
