This is review of Network18's tele-shopping network called HomeShop18.com, which promises best products at the lowest prices. This website SUCKS, please do not buy products from this website. They are selling products like gadgets / mobiles etc. most of which are made in china, the products seem to come with no warranty at all, and HomeShop 18 makes false promises to solve customer problems by repairing or replacing the product. This website sucks, Network18 is using this to make quick money.

Send all HomeShop18.com products back to their home, "China" for life. Its a costly mistake. They’ll make you call up their support numbers again and again, and do all sort of drama.. their customer care executives are brainwashed and they act like psychos.. they’re just like robots.. I personaly like to punch them in their nose as hard as I can when somebody say they are from HomeShop18.. That’s the kind of irritation and trouble they give to customer. There’s nobody to regulate all these shit tele-shopping companies. Network18 is the worst of the lot.. They are like beggars out there trying to grab all money they can..
We bought this device called Coby 512MB MP3 Player from homeshop18.com. The device comes with 2 small tweaters / speakers which are promised to have excellent sound quality during advertising on NetWork18 channels. The question is, "Where will the sound quality come from, as the speakers did not work at all"?. We ordered this product on 25th March and received it within 6 working days, immediately after opening it we found one of the speakers were not working, I immediately brought this to notice of HomeShop18 customer care. They assured that complaint has been submitted and we will get a call from the concerned department of HomeShop18 within 48 - 72 hours and product will be replaced, we will need to send it to a given address. It was frustrating, but we were assured satisfaction by the executive. No complaint reference number was given, they said order number will do. And 72 hours have passed, no one has got time to call or solve the problem. Surprisingly, they call up within 10 minutes of sending SMS when you have to place a order.
If you are a NetWork18 official, we request you to solve our problem or refund the full money.
